Hi! I’m Spidersiris aka Spider, I'm a twitch streamer, an artist, aspiring voice actor and beginner animator.I mostly draw and write content for my own steampunk styled universe filled with mech, robot and humanoid creatures surviving in a dystopian world.I want to turn art, mainly animation into my full time job and bring my creations to life.I also have a twitch channel where you can catch me live where we can play games, draw together or just have a chat.

or has a legal guardian to make this agreement on their behalf.I have the right to refuse a request if I'm not comfortable with it or
unable to do certain expectations you're asking for.

Ownership of artwork!I own the all rights for the artwork.I'm allowed to post finished commissions on my social media unless asked otherwise.If you don't want your commission showcased tell me beforehand.
I'm allowed to include the requested commission in my portfolio.|

Usage of commissioned artwork !The artwork is for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed.Commercial usage requires a separate agreement and additional fees.You're allowed to repost, share the commissioned artwork with proper credit given.ALL artworks are prohibited from training AI engines or be used as NFTs.

Fees, Payments and Refunds !I ask for the payment after you've approved the sketch, unless asked otherwise!If you wish to pay upfront, please let me know beforehand so I can send an invoice!Payments will always happen through an invoice sent by me!
The high resolution artwork will be sent by an email.
I do not accept payment plans!
I do not provide refunds after a commission is fully completed.
If a commission gets cancelled, the refunded amount
will depend on the finished stage of the artwork.
Rush fee is 50% of the overall commissioned artwork!If you have an unfinished payment, you're not allowed to
take another commission until the first one is paid fully.
I accept payments through Paypal or Kofi!
